Two Different Raspberry Honey Mead Recipes

Today we’re making a Raspberry Honey Mead recipe two different ways! I wanted to use my honey wisely and get two different recipes from this – so we are making a dry hopped (and carbonated) mead recipe and a traditional raspberry blossom honey mead. Traditional Raspberry Blossom Recipe:
3 Pounds of Raspberry Blossom Honey
1 Gallon of Spring Water
5 Grams of Kveik Lutra Yeast
1 tsp of DAP
1/4 Pound of Raspberry Blossom Honey (For Backsweetening)
Potassium Sorbate & Metabisulfite to stabilize

Dry Hopped Raspberry Blossom Recipe:
3 Pounds of Raspberry Blossom Honey
1 Gallon of Spring Water
5 Grams of Kveik Lutra Yeast
1 tsp of DAP
1/2 Cup of Erythritol (if bottle carbonating)
1 oz of Lemon Drop Hops
Priming Sugar (26 grams of regular)
