Hey friends! Today we are making a Cinnamon Mead. This is also known as a metheglin. Metheglins are meads that use spices as a primary flavor for them. This mead is specifically a cinnamon metheglin. 2.5 Pounds of Blackberry Honey
Water Up to 1 Gallon
3 Grams of Red Star Premiere Rouge Yeast
1 Cinnamon Stick
1/2 tsp of Fermaid O
