Making Dandelion Mead (Metheglin) – Part 1

Dandelions are at their peak right now, and I feel like making something with them – it’s been a long time since I did any home brewing, and also, I’ve fancied having a go at making mead (honey wine) for quite a while now – so let’s collide those two ideas and make Dandelion Metheglin.

Metheglin is basically mead with herbs added – and the herbs I’m going to use are, of course, dandelion flowers!
