Making Apple Mead: 1 Gallon

Describes the process of making 1 gallon of apple mead.

Ingredients:
1 Gallon 100% Apple Juice (no preservatives)
36 Ounces (1 kilo) Raw Honey
1 teabag
1/2 Lemon

Note: This is as natural (as possible) winemaking channel. The wines made on this channel do not use sulfites. You may use them andor yeast nutrients if that is how you prefer to make your winemead.
