Making a Blood Orange Dry Hopped Mead

Today we are making a Hopped Blood Orange Mead! I’m very interested in this one because the combination of flavors is great. I am attaching the recipe below. Blood Orange Dry Hopped Recipe:

1 Gallon of Spring Water
2.5 Pounds of Mesquite Honey
2 Grams of Lalvin EC-1118
1.2 oz of Amoretti Blood Orange Flavoring
.5 oz of Azacca Hops
