How to Make a Spicy Apple Mead (Cyser) – Easy Recipe

Today we’re making a spicy apple mead (also known as a cyser). This mead features the freshness of apples and at the slight heat from a habanero pepper! I love cysers and this is by far my favorite hot cyser recipe I’ve ever made! I am attaching the recipe below if you are interested in making it yourself. Apple & Habanero Mead Recipe:
2.5 Pounds of Blueberry Honey
3 Pounds of Honey Crisp Apples (any apple kind will do)
Water up to 1 Gallon ( You can use Apple juice if you want)
5 Grams of Imperial W04
1/2 tsp of Fermaid O
1 Dried Habanero

Potassium Sorbate & Metabisulfite to stabilize the mead
5.3 oz of Raspberry Honey to Backsweeten
5.0 oz of Orange Blossom honey
