Elderflower Braggot – Can I Brew Reddit Recipes? Episode 1

Can I follow a recipe from the /r/mead wiki on a style I’ve never brewed before… without asking for any help or clarification? Let’s find out whether this completely self-imposed limitation messes me up!

This video covers brew day right up to pitching. Stay tuned for part 2, where I’ll cover secondary, finishing, bottle conditioning… and finally tasting, to see if I was a successful in following the recipe or not!
