Braggot

This is my first attempt at producing a braggot [mead with malt]. I did use .12ozs of 3.5AU’s hops in this batch with foam control. Is the foam control the reason the krausen layer is not higher; probably. Any tip(s) related to hops in braggot is appreciated. The brew looks a little dark since I

this was a creative brewing and video collaboration between Davis Family Brewery and Black Magic Brewing. it’s not an instructional video. i have no idea what i’m doing. we’re documenting a very experimental recipe. its got amber dme, dark dme, sage honey, chocolate malt, cinnamon, clove, bitter orange peel, coriander, wormwood and sarsparilla.
