Brandewyn: Recipe for Brandy Part 1 (The Wash)

So it is finally time, we are making brandy, with this super easy wash,

With all the awesome flavors from so nice and sweet raisins.

The recipe:
750-800g of Raisins.
4 Litres of Grape juice
3kg of Sugar
Add water to 20l volume.

The yeast of your choice.

Leave it for 5 days @ 25 ‘C

Filter Clarify and run.
